“Easy parking, nice & clean room, great & helpful staff.”

“This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？”

“I’d like to give an extra star to the team who prepared an early breakfast just for us, as we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. Everything about this hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offers excellent food and local wines, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. A big thank‑you to the whole team!”

“I arrived on a Monday evening, and the only manager/owner was busy with a private event. No one was at the reception, and whenever I needed to pick up my key, asking for kettle, trying to fix wifi, I needed to walk across the building and fetched her at the restaurant. What’s worse was the grocery was also closed and there were no other restaurants nearby. I had to eat little food I brought with me to make through the night. The annex was not equipped with ac, and there is not bug net on the……

“Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy but the ventilation is not that good because there is no air-con.”

“Welcoming and friendly host. Gave clear directions to the property. Property was clean and tidy. Amazing view of the river and mountains. Highly recommend!”

“We really appreciated this home, Klara was great, the view is amazing! It is a cottage/house in a country setting, so it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's clean, furnished, and has everything you need. The bathroom is a bit small, but completely adequate for all your needs. This was a good "ground zero" for us to set up residence in for a 10-day stay in Switzerland.”
